AUTHENTIC LOL Surprise Lights Glitter – OPTICAL – NEW sealed with ball

Dolls are brand new, 100% authentic, MGA licensed L.O.L. Surprise! dolls. If necessary, a single inner package may be opened (and retaped) for identification purposes only. Once identity is confirmed, the original packaging is reapplied (unless indicated) and taped into place, including all surprises. The ball or container has been placed in a ziploc bag and placed in a storage container until shipment. Some stock photos are used, but the pictured doll is what you will receive in new unplayed condition.

• All pictures are for reference only. I use stock pictures or the same pictures for multiple items, since the majority of my listings have been resealed or the dolls have not been opened. The item you will receive is likely not the item in the picture due to the volume of each item for sale. Message me if you require pictures of the doll (for serious buyers only).

• I am not responsible for manufacturer defects or color variations (but I can assist you in contacting the manufacturer for a replacement).

• I am not responsible for missing or defective stickers, paperwork, or checklists, message me if this is important to you and I will do my best to ensure that this is not a problem.

• A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all cancellation requests to cover incurred Ebay and PayPal fees.

  I offer combined shipping, and discounts on the majority of my items if purchased in multiples.

• I try to ship within one or two days, with the exception of weekends and holidays. If you do not receive your item please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to fix it. 

• Please request a combined shipping invoice for other items that require shipping charges. If you plan on buying additional items, please email me within the first hour so I can hold off on printing shipping slips and packaging. 

• No shipping insurance is included for any item.

Returns

• I do not accept returns, but I will strive to work with you on any issues.

• All items shipped with as much care as possible to prevent damage from post office transit (which I have no control). 

• Upon selecting to buy this item, you acknowledge and assume the risk of shipping via USPS. Seller will not be held liable for any cracked blisters, damage cards, dented box or any damages occurred during shipment. 

• Returns will only be allowed for wrong items.
